We offer a six month warranty against manufacturing faults from purchase date, or the birth of your child whichever is the later we understand nappies can be bought well in advance. If making a claim based on baby’s date of birth a copy of the birth certificate may be requested.
Warranties are non-transferable, the name on the sales receipt must match the name of the individual making the claim.
You must have followed our care instructions, full details are available here. In summary – handwash only in lukewarm water and using a suitable wool-specific detergent. Dried flat and away from direct heat sources.
The warranty does not cover leaking which normally an absorbency or fit issue. Please contact us if you are having issues and we will do our best to assist you with resolving any leaks. It also excludes covers that have been altered or repaired. Normal wear and tear which includes any of the following issues after 90 days; holes or tears, stitching coming loose, pilling, or felting.
Our decision on any warranty claim is final.
